Dear TC3 members,

We are thrilled to announce that in Spring 2026, the IEEE International Conference on Intelligent Design and Control of Automation and Drive Systems (IDCD), the first TC3 Flagship Conference, will be launched as a pilot event.

The event will be a scientific forum bringing together leading specialists working in different areas of electrical machines, drives, and automation from universities, research centers, and industries. The conference will address advances in technologies and applications of power electronics, discussing the latest achievements in developing intelligent controls and designs for motor drives and automation.

The Conference includes a wide range of interesting topics:

·     Intelligent Control of Electric Drives (IM, PMSM, SRM, other machines) for efficiency, reliability, and fault-tolerance.

·     Inverter-fed machine design assisted with machine learning.

·     Automation coordination and intelligent control among multi-drive systems.

·     Robotic actuators, machines, and drives.
