Shuchismita Biswas is a Power Systems Research Engineer at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL), Richland, Washington. She received her M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, Virginia, in 2018 and 2021 respectively. She was awarded the B.Tech. degree, also in electrical engineering, by NIT Durgapur, India, in 2014. Before joining PNNL, she worked in the medium voltage switchgear division of Schneider Electric India, and the Advanced Analytics division of PJM Interconnection, Audubon, Pennsylvania. Her research interests include developing data-driven tools for power system applications.

Priya Mana is a Power Systems Research Engineer at PNNL since 2017. Her research focuses on integrating inverter-based resources (IBR) in the grid and developing monitoring methods for multi-IBR interactions. During her tenure as a staff scientist in PNNL, she worked on the development and use of tools for co-simulation and distribution-level dynamic simulation and analysis. Her areas of interest are power systems modeling, power-electronics, protection, and Machine Learning based characterization of power-electronic converters. Ms. Mana is also a PhD Candidate at Georgia Institute of Technology where she worked at the interface of power electronics and power systems. She obtained her MSEE from Washington State University in 2016 and B. Tech. from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham in 2011. Ms. Mana had previously led the IEEE PES at Georgia Tech chapter and was an active member of IEEE PES US CA Students chapter committee.
