Thank you everyone who was able to attend the meeting today. I uploaded the slides to the vTools Labs workspace on Collabratec. They are in the Files area in the 2024-03-26 Meeting folder (see below.)

I also uploaded the survey spreadsheet file (.xlsx) and survey process, timeline, and instructions (.pptx) for the vTools Features Requests survey there. Please send me your inputs by April 3rd if possible, but no later than April 15th. There is a section in the survey spreadsheet for vTools Labs APIs, but feel free to provide inputs on the rest of the survey as well.

Use Excel if possible to modify the spreadsheet and return your updated version to me. Note you won't be able to see the full spreadsheet in Google Docs.

If you are just adding new items and not scoring the existing ones, you can send them to me as text instead of in a spreadsheet if that's easier for you. 

If you do score the items, items you feel that are important should get high scores, and items that are unimportant to you should get a score of 0 (or just leave blank.) If you want to use a 1-5 scale, where 1 = not very important but not a "0" and "5" is very important, that's okay. Or if you just want to pick your five top items and give them 20 points apiece, that's okay too. If the total sum of your scores is greater than 100, I'll normalize them when I consolidate the responses.
