We warmly invite you to the PhD Summer School of Information Engineering - SSIE 2024, co-organized by the Department of Information Engineering (DEI) at the University of Padova (Italy), and the IEEE Italy section. SSIE will take place in the beautiful Bressanone/Brixen, Italy, on July 8th-12th, continuing on a decades-long tradition.

*** PROGRAM ***
The school program has been carefully shaped, securing talks from leading experts in the ICT field. This year, the school will have two tracks: Track 1 focusing on telecommunications, and Track 2 focusing on electronics. The programs are available here:

For the first time in its history, the registration fee of SSIE now also covers the costs of coffee breaks and lunches (5 days), thereby offering another opportunity for networking with other colleagues, speakers, and professors.

*** LOGISTICS ***

*** 5 ECTS CREDITS ***
PhD Students participating in the School will be awarded 5 ECTS credits from their doctoral school, upon passing an evaluation.
