Authors should submit manuscripts up to 8 A4-size pages, including figures, tables, and references, prepared using the provided templates. At most, two extra pages can be included at $50.0 each. All submitted manuscripts will be subject to four reviews. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements. Published and presented papers from all previous conferences are available in IEEE Xplore and referenced in major digital libraries globally.

Paper Templates:

The paper size should be A4 and be prepared in a two-column format. They should be formatted according to standard templates for IEEE Conference Proceedings, available for Microsoft Word and LaTeX at https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html 

 

Call for Tutorials:

Tutorials provide a forum to learn about emerging techniques in computational intelligence through hands-on or demonstration mode. Potential organizers shall send their proposals to the Tutorials Committee Chairs.
