The IEEE Trinidad and Tobago (IEEETT) Section Executive Nominations and Appointments (N&A) Committee are soliciting nominations for the following 2023– Dec 2025 IEEETT Executive Committee positions: 
 

Chair 
Vice-Chair (Chair-Elect) 
Secretary 
Treasurer 
Public Relations Officer 
Membership Development Officer 

 
Candidates for these offices are selected in the following ways: nomination by the nominating committee, nominations by IEEE members in good standing, or self-nomination. 
 

If you are an IEEE member in good standing and interested in serving on the Executive Committee, you can become a candidate by completing the attached nomination form and submitting it to kitfai.pun@sta.uwi.edu with a CC to to richard.small@classonesystems.com or wayne.r.small@ieee.org with the following information: 
Your name, IEEE member number, executive position petitioning for, contact phone number, e-mail, and occupation details. 
A brief (max. half a page) candidate statement. 
 

Elected Members of the Executive Committee must be willing to attend the Executive meetings and participate actively in the activities of the IEEETT Section. 
 

The term of office is 1st January 2024 through 31st December 2025. 
 

The deadline to submit nominations is 8th December 2023. A separate notice with election particulars (if required) will be issued. We look forward to receiving your nomination.
