Hello everyone!

This year, the IEEEXtreme competition takes place on October 28th. We are planning to hold the competition in TalTech (currently 6 teams are interested).

In order to actually hold the competition in TalTech, we need IEEE proctors to be on site for the whole competition (24hrs).

So, I ask your help to cover the competition.

 I would ask two things:

1. We need to cover 24h (starting from 03:00 on October 28th) with proctors. Please write your name after the time slot (in column B) where you can physically be on site in TalTech. We will try to provide food 3 times during that time (probably around 9:00, 14:00, 19:00)
2. Teams need to specify a proctor and his/her IEEE member code when registering a team. So, please specify your name and IEEE member code in columns D and E.

The registration deadline is October 14th. Please fill the Google Sheets by the end of this Friday (October 13th). Then we know that we can organise the competition and teams can register. The sooner we cover those 24hrs, the better.

 If we agree that all the teams will be registered to one member, that's ok by me. But still, please specify the member code. Earlier we have tried to divide teams between proctors. I'm not sure whether this is important for your membership somehow.
