Student Branch Reporting Training
Hello,
IEEE R3SAC will be hosting a live training session tonight (1/29) from 1900-2000 EST to go over how to submit student branch reporting and annual plans. Student branches must submit their reporting by February 1st in order to receive their annual rebate.
For the training, each student branch should have an officer attend that has the capability to submit information via vTools. This should be any of the branch executive officers. During the training, attendees will walk through the Annual Plan form (https://sbr.vtools.ieee.org/) that is found on the IEEE Student Branch Responsibilities and Reporting page (https://students.ieee.org/student-branches/officer-responsibilities-reporting/). Please be prepared to enter high level information regarding the following items: (1) high level description of branch and funding, (2) the number of potential activities planned for each month over the calendar year, (3) goals for the year. By the time we are done with the session, each student branch should have a draft plan that can be submitted by the due date of 2/1/2023.
