We would like to bring to your attention that the website is live and the submission deadline (Jan. 27, 2023) is fast approaching for the in-person 2023 IEEE International Symposium on Antennas and Propagation International Symposium and USNC-URSI Radio Science Meeting to be held July 23 – 28, 2023 in Portland, OR (the city of Roses).  This deadline will be firm, so if you need approval for your submission, we recommend you submit your abstract/paper for approval ASAP.

A few things to note:

• We plan to host a couple of plenary talks.  Prof. Ghosh has confirmed that she will be one of our speakers!  Just last year she completed a term as the Chief Technology Office at the FCC.  https://engineering.nd.edu/faculty/monisha-ghosh/
• Workshops and tutorials are being reviewed and accepted on a rolling basis until Jan. 15:  https://2023.apsursi.org/short_courses.php
• The speaker of the master class will be Prof. Yahia Rahmat-Samii, who has made contributions to our field for over 50+ years!
