  Section Barbeque at Emily Murphy Park Site 1 (11904 Emily Murphy Park Rd 
 NW) in Edmonton from 11:30am to 2 pm. This event is 'free' to IEEE members
  and their families. In order to reduce the number of no-shows\, we are ch
 arging $10 per adult and you will then be refunded your $10 at the venue. 
 Please indicate the number of children attending in the 'Special Requests'
  field. There will be hamburgers (meat\, halal and vegetarian) as well as 
 soft drinks and snacks. This is a sheltered site with an adjacent open spa
 ce so bring your Frisbees\, Soccer balls\, etc. Registration closes Thursd
