The West MI Sections Life Member Meeting Date is Correct on your recent E-notice. However the day is wrong. It is Wednesday December 9th, not Thursday. Below is the corrected E-notice. We will try to also get the reminder notice corrected but remember the 9th is a Wednesday NOT a Thursday. Again all IEEE members are invited to attend this virtual event, not just the oldsters. Presentation of Video & Slides from WMS 50th Anniversary Party
ALL WMS IEEE MEMBERS INCLUDING STUDENTS ARE INVITED

The WMS 50th Anniversary Party was held at Meijer Gardens in the fall of 2004. Approximately 75 IEEE members and their significant others were in attendance. Speakers included the WMS Section chair in 2004 Hossein Mosavinizad, past IEEE President and Region 2 Director Merrill Buckley, the 3rd MI US House Congressional District representative Vern Ehlers, and others. The video is a 25 minute professional quality DVD recorded by Dr. Dean Johnson of Western Michigan University. The slides are a 5 minute slide show with music.
The slide show will run during the 7:15 to 7:30 pm invitee assemble period. Introductory comments followed by the video will begin at 7:30 pm. The video will be followed with Q & A. Invitees may socialize thereafter until 8:30 pm when the meeting will end.
