Sanitation Challenge
The Kochi Hub of IEEE Kerala Section in association with Paytm-Build for India and Suchitwa Mission of Kerala State Government is conducting “Sanitation Challenge”, an All India Project Design Competition.
The competition invites projects from 8 specific areas:

Innovative Toilets for Train
-
Sanitation During Natural Disasters.
-
Safe Drinking Water
-
Sewage Management
-
Garbage Disposal
-
Toilets in Long Distance Bus
-
Novel Ideas for Public Toilets
-
Proper Toilet Facilities During Big Public Events
Event Format:
In phase 1, Participants are requested to submit their abstracts. The abstracts will be screened by experts from the IEEE Technical team. The selected participants will be intimated.
In phase 2, Selected participants will be given a webinar on project development and IEEE paper writing by experts from IEEE.
In phase 3, The participants selected from phase 1 will be requested to send a detailed technical paper as per IEEE format on the proposed idea.
In phase 4, The participants will present the prototype before the panel at Kochi, Kerala
Eligibility and Team Requirements

A team shall contain 3-5 members
-
Participants from all over India can submit entries
-
At least one member of the team should hold valid IEEE membership
-
Student/Graduate Student/Professional members below the age of 25 can apply.

Participants of different branches and college can form teams.
