2018 Office bearers - IEEE Computer Society Chapter, Kerala Section
Dear Members,
Welcome and Greetings from IEEE Computer Society Kerala Chapter !!!
I would like to introduce myself, I am Senthilkumar K.B, CDAC, Trivandrum and currently chair the IEEE Computer Society Kerala Chapter. The other members of the team are;

I would like to give a brief overview about IEEE CS Kerala Chapter. Our Chapter consists of 94 professional members, 599 student members, 6 Graduate student members, 1 Affiliate member and 1 Associate member and in total 701 members. Also we have 21 Student Branch chapters in the Kerala Section i.e one in every four SBs in Region 10 is in Kerala. IEEE CS Kerala Chapter is the second biggest chapter in Kerala Section.
To streamline the activities of SBs, this year we are introducing new structure and volunteer position for better coordination among SBs. Similarly to cater to the needs of professional members new volunteer positions other than 3 of us are being done. These details will be updated in IEEE CS website http://cs.ieeekerala.org/ before the end of February 2018.
Meanwhile, a snapshot of this year activities is given below:
- Distinguish Visitor Programs
- Mini Xtreme for student members
- Hackathon series
- Technology workshops on Blockchain, Devops, Deep Learning, Cybersecurity, AI etc
- All Kerala Computer Society Student Congress
