As a sponsor, the IEEE Richmond Section can have a member attend as a VIP visitor at the IEEE emeritbadges STEM event.

• If you are interested in attending as a representative of the IEEE Richmond Section on any of the VIP dates, please contact me.  This is a significant opportunity as it occurs only once every 4 years!  You will also have the opportunity to see the IEEE MOVE vehicle, which has deployed on multiple occasions in partnership with The American Red Cross.  This initiative has proven its value time and time again.  Consider yourself fortunate that you haven't seen it on a disaster deployment. However, when not so deployed, it also travels to further the IEEE STEM initiative and to support the Red Cross in its non-disaster missions, including their Smoke Alarm program.

(And, if your dues are still in arrears, please renew now so your membership doesn't lapse into 'Inactive'.  And, if you have 10 years professional experience, you may be eligible for 'Senior Member' upgrade--there is no additional cost involved and your dues remain the same!  It's a career milestone.  See:  Senior Member Upgrade)
