This is to inform you that IEEE Kolkata section is going to organize a social meet at Khardah Jute Mill on Sunday,  19th. February 2017. On behalf of IEEE Kolkata Section, I solicit your presence along with your family members. We also encourage you to bring in your guests if any. 

To defray expenses for food, snacks & beverages, we have fixed a nominal charge of Rs.300/- per head for members & their family members and Rs. 150/- for children (between 5 to 12 years). Participation fee for non-members & guests are Rs. 500/-. Participation fees for student members are Rs. 200/- 

Children below 5 years will be free.  

Bus will start from Golpark ( on Southern Avenue in-front of Ramkrishna Mission) at 8:00 am. The bus will reach Rajabazar Science College at around 8:30 am and Ultadanga (opposite VSNL) at around 9:00 am. Persons interested in availing the bus can board at these places. However, positively confirm by 16^th February 2017 to Prof. Sujit Biswas (sujit_biswas@hotmail.com), Dr. Sayan Chatterjee (sayan1234@gmail.com) or Prof. Suparna Kar Chowdhury (suparna1964@yahoo.com). The participation fee can be paid by cash to  Prof. Sujit Biswas, Dr. Sayan Chatterjee or Prof. Suparna Kar Chowdhury  preferably by 17^th February, otherwise it would be difficult to access the number of participants.
