Dear colleagues,

On behalf of IEEE Power and Energy Society (PES) and the Local Organizing Committee, it is a great pleasure to invite you to participate in IEEE PES Innovative Smart Grid Technologies Latin America 2023, ISGT-LA 2023, in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The theme of the Conference is “Disaster Recovery and Grid Transformation in the Time of Climate Change” and will address current topical issues related to preparation and recovery from natural disaster as well as those arising from the operation and control of smart grids.

ISGT-LA 2023 will be held on November 6-9, 2023 at the Sheraton Hotel at the T-Mobile District, San Juan, Puerto Rico, USA. The conference will facilitate networking on a personal, collegial and institutional level. ISGT-LA 2023 will feature outstanding Plenary and Keynote speakers, contributed, and invited papers, special invited sessions, technical visits and exhibition of smart grid related technologies. Exciting social programs for participants and companions have been designed to suit all requirements.
