About ICEDEG
ICEDEG is in its eighth year of providing a forum for research and technology development in the growing area of eDemocracy & eGovernment. Original, unpublished research paper submissions are invited from industrial, academic, and other non-profit or public sector researchers reporting substantial results. Topics of interest include but are not limited to those listed below.

Publication and Indexing
All accepted conference papers will be published in the conference proceedings. Electronic proceedings are submitted for publication and indexing at IEEE Xplore, Computer Society, SCOPUS database from Elsevier, and Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI) by Thomson Reuters (Web of Science). 
 
Important: While all technically co-sponsored conferences will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore and CSDL, all conference proceedings must meet IEEE's quality standards, and IEEE reserves the right not to publish any proceedings that do not meet these standards.
